A good start

First let me say "Nice Start" to the Texans on their win.... Now with that nicety out of the way let's dive into this.

To first answer your question Rick, Sage had 10 of 13 completions for 91 yards. A perfect record? No. Acceptable? Yes. The question now stands will Jackson be able to pull it together in week two? Judging by week one's game I am not so sure.

We now head into week two of preseason, with regular season growing closer each day. Tension builds, anticipation mounts, well maybe that's just me.

For those who are curious I will include the Vikings schedule for you, I know Rick secretly has it memorized so he can watch some good football but we won't tell anyone....

Preseason:
Aug 14 MINNESOTA @ Indianapolis (W)
Aug 21 Kansas City @ MINNESOTA
Aug 31 MINNESOTA @ Houston
Sep 4 Dallas @ MINNESOTA

Regular Season
Sep 13 MINNESOTA @ Cleveland
Sep 20 MINNESOTA @ Detroit
Sep 27 San Francisco @ MINNESOTA
Oct 5 Green Bay @ MINNESOTA
Oct 11 MINNESOTA @ St Louis
Oct 18 Baltimore @ MINNESOTA
Oct 25 MINNESOTA @ Pittsburgh
Nov 1 MINNESOTA @ Green Bay
Nov 8 Bye Week
Nov 15 Detroit @ MINNESOTA
Nov 22 Seattle @ MINNESOTA
Nov 29 Chicago @ MINNESOTA
Dec 6 MINNESOTA @ Arizona
Dec 13 Cincinatti @ MINNESOTA
Dec 20 MINNESOTA @ Carolina
Dec 28 MINNESOTA @ Chicago
Jan 3 NY Giants @ MINNESOTA

There you have it, and so the countdown to season opener is set. Of course I am sure as most of you can imagine August 31 will find Rick and I glued to our seats..... who will win? Who will have the first bragging rights?

Your comments and predictions are welcome.
